Covid-19: Collections & Delivery Update

Due to the spread of the coronavirus and government advice to avoid any unnecessary contact we have taken the decision to stop customer collections from our warehouse. As such we have removed the option of customer collections from our website immediately.

We will deal with any uncollected orders currently in our system. Anybody who has placed an order and not yet collected them, can still come to the warehouse to collect their orders.

An Post has said post offices will remain open and postal services will operate as normal in the coming weeks.

The postal service will continue to deliver parcels, but delivery times may vary as An Post tries to facilitate flexible working times for their staff.

An Post has been working closely with the HSE expert team, and it advises that there is no evidence of a risk of contracting the virus that causes Covid-19 by handling parcels.
