We make no representations or warranties concerning the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics contained on this website, or on any website to which it is linked.

We do not warrant that our website or any website to which it is linked or any relevant server are free of computer viruses or other harmful applications.

Payment methods

We accept cheque, bank wire and PayPal payments when you order online. All payments are in euros. Customer credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

VAT

We do charge VAT.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the order starts its delivery journey to you. Cancel by e-mailing us at peter@boardgamer.ie or calling us at +353 (0) 1 5546250

In the event of you cancelling your order before the order starts its delivery journey to you we will issue you a refund for the total value charges. We will refund you within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. If the item has started its journey we will return the costs of the product minus P&P

Returns Policy

Once you receive your order you have 30 days to decide if you wish to return it. The 30 days start from the day after you receive the goods. If you decide to return the goods, the goods need to be returned to us at your own cost and it is your responsibility that the items reach us safely. If the goods are returned unopened in perfect condition and with their original packaging we will issue you with a full refund minus any direct costs associated with the postage and packaging. Please note that the goods returned to us must be in a resalable format and we unconditionally reserve the right not to refund you if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. We will refund you within 30 days of the return of your order.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure all our products reach you in perfect condition. If however upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods are faulty, incorrect, missing parts or have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately in writing , e-mailing info@boardgamer.ie with details of the fault to include photos where necessary. You have 7 days to notify us of any issues from the date of delivery.

We will never provide your contact details for marketing purposes to third parties.

These terms and conditions, and all disclaimers and other material on our website, are governed by and written in accordance with Irish law. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, to which both parties submit.

Delivery

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday and will arrive with you within 4 working days of our dispatch within Ireland. Delivery may take longer for remote homes in rural areas or for longer journeys estimates on delivery will be issued on request.

Couriers require a signature on delivery so if you are buying a gift for delivery to another address please ensure someone will be at that address for delivery during the working day. Also it is critical that you give us a telephone number for the person receiving the delivery.

We would like to use these details to inform you by email of special offers and to inform you what is new at Board Gamer. As a core company policy we have never, nor never will allow this information be used by any other organisation.

Limitation of Liability

By using BoardGamer, you agree and understand that injuries and damages can occur by the use of such products, either as a result of negligence or because of other reasons. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, to the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to waive and discharge all claims, release BoardGamer from all liability and indemnify and hold harmless BoardGamer, from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from injuries and damages in any way connected with any products purchased by way of using the BoardGamer website. You agree and understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon you and your heirs, executors, agents, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying user at the events.
